SHARAN

Sharan (she/her) is a DJ based between Leeds and Liverpool, rooted in the UK’s underground club scene. Her sets draw across Electronic, UK Funky, UK Funky House, and Amapiano - moving between percussive club sounds and chilled, ambient textures, covering the full spectrum of the dancefloor. She has supported artists including Sammy Virji on his Isn’t It UK tour and Nooriyah on her Middle of Everywhere tour, and has shared line-ups with Yung Singh, Barry Can’t Swim and SBTRKT. In 2025, Sharan joined the Sisu Crew roster and she has been featured on radio platforms including Rinse FM and NTS.

Alongside DJing, Sharan works as a Cardiac Physiologist in the NHS, balancing her professional life with her passion for music and advocacy. 

Sharan is dedicated to using her platform to amplify marginalised voices and inspire the next generation of young women to step into the music industry. She produces radio content for Out of Focus, an online platform that champions underrepresented voices in music. Sharan is also deeply involved in community work, leading DJ workshops for women through charities and organisations such as Getaway Girls and Decks in the City.
