ex.sses (she/they) is an experimental sound artist, electronic producer and DJ. Her ties to experimental sound and club culture have manifested in EP releases Relic (Cherche Encore, 2021), Scanner (TT, 2022) and most recently undo me (TT, 2023) which premiered on DJ Mag. This year, ex.sses will release ‘strange echoes’ via glint.

These releases, in addition to their online presence, have gained attention over th past year, resulting in dark, club-focused DJ sets for TT, Earful of Wax, Keep Hush, Circadian Rhythms and Platforms (Corsica Studios), and electronic live performances for A_________Z, Hidden Door Festival and Iklectik that expand on ex.sses’ exploration of textural sounds, poetry, physicality, and the gendered body.

ex.sses is also a member of Sisu Crew, run’s experimental club night ~\\ LILITH //~, is part of sound and movement duo SLUG with their sibling and currently hosts a monthly show ‘cascade’ on Netil Radio.
